An exciting easy-to-follow way of living that puts you in control of your

time. Here's to your living thin, naturally.
This book is so different from most diet books, and, since my family and
I maintain our weight by making smart choices, I found the testimonials
from other seemingly naturally thin people inspiring and validating. We' re never deprived, but we don't give in to overeating either. I'm thrilled
that many famousand not so famousexperts, dietitians, and others
all have ditched the diet mentality and advocate staying thin naturally. Merilee Kern, author of children's book Making Healthy Choices
