The cushioning is provided by the two interchangable, replaceable inserts which are designed for speed or comfort. For practice days, the insole has inserts featuring Si-18 gel for outstanding comfort, long lasting cushioning and a "pillow-like" feel. For match days, the insole features SUPERFOAM which provides a high energy return for a "springy" feel. It also features a carbon fiber spring plate that enhances forefoot propulsion. An extra high lateral sidewall at the forefoot provides better stability. The durable Aosta 7.0 rubber outsole increases traction with it's multi-court surface herringbone tread pattern.
