The Power Resist System, like our Powerband, trains players to become better athletes faster through what is known as overspeed training. But, while the Powerband is designed for close-up work with a coach or partner, this Power Resist system allows for much longer stretch and resistance - up to 27 feet.The result is an incredible workout with extended yet safe court coverage.

The nylon-covered elastic band ensures that players will not go beyond that specific safety point. The special design allows players to freely change directions. Additionally, the Power Resist System easily attaches to any fence for solo workouts.
Available in 2 levels of resistance, the unstretched length is 9 feet. Each system includes a fully adjustable belt and nylon-covered resistance band with all attachments.
