Our exclusive Target Trainer is unique. At 4.5 feet, the Standard Target Trainer is exactly the width of a tennis alley and one-third the width of a service box, ideal for:
• Serving Drills: At one third the width of a service box, the Standard Target Trainer is ideal for service drills, since it effectively divides the serving target area into thirds.
  
  
• Return-of-Serve: The Target Trainer gives the receiver a primary target in which to focus for accurate returns.
• Passing Shots: The general down-the-line passing shot target width is the size of the doubles alley, exactly the width of the Target Trainer.
• Groundstrokes: Practicing down-the-line or crosscourt groundstrokes is also more fun and effective with the Target Trainer. It adapts itself easily to a variety of games by awarding points for balls that go through the target.
• Groundstrokes for Depth: Since the Target Trainer is 3 feet above the height of the net, simply set it up at the net and have players hit over it, an exercise which guarantees that balls will land past the service line.
• Groundstrokes for Penetration: For the most advanced players, set up the Standard Trainer on the opposing service line and have the players aim through the trainer which is now 60-feet from the opposing baseline.
