How it Works? Simply wear your tac-tic trainer over your hitting wrist. The most common grip for competitive players is the semi-western. You should hear the Wrist Trainer “click” when going into the backswing position and then “unclick” again after contact towards the latter part of the follow-through or “release” phase of the swing.
